Aimee & Omar were married in an intimate ceremony at La Torretta Lake Resort in Montgomery last month.  They had those closest to them for this special evening and said their vows in a beautiful setting by the lake.  These two beautiful people had such amazing chemistry.  I love the way they would hug and smile and just cozy up to one another.  You can just see Aimee relax and focus on Omar the moment she sees him.

After their reception, Omar whisked Aimee off for an unforgettable honeymoon in New Zealand and Bora Bora.  They were welcomed back home by their two beautiful daughters and fully plan on living happily ever after 😉

Robert has been planning to propose to Yarden for the better part of a year now, and the night finally came.  After setting a date, changing the date, going back to the original and then changing it a final time, we finally had the solid plan.

Robert took her to dinner at their favorite restaurant and then to grab a coffee before heading for a stroll on a perfect evening in Houston.  Perfect evenings are sometimes hard to come by, with this city.  You never know what the weather is going to do.  Never.  It turned out perfectly, and she was completely taken by surprise.  Once he finally pointed me out across the way, they walked over and I will never forget how pink her cheeks were and how her eyes were lit up with joy.

We got a few more pictures under the lights of the bridge before he whisked her off to an intimate party where their families were waiting to celebrate the news!

One month ago, Abby and Tucker got married at All Saints Catholic Church among their closest family and friends.  They threw a gorgeous wedding reception at the Four Seasons Hotel where everyone showed off their best moves, dancing and celebrating the greatest day for these two incredibly awesome people.  I was the lucky photographer who got to capture it all, from the groomsmen hoisting the groom up in the air, to seeing a father breakdancing on the floor, and not to mention the groom serenading the bride with their favorite rap song!  But wait…there’s also the Smirnoff Ice challenge!!  I got to meet all of these amazing people and freeze their moments in time.  Below is a *not so small* glimpse into their soiree!  For the family members in Canada who weren’t able to make it, I hope by seeing these picture, you feel like you were there 😉

Amy + Chad.  I can’t speak highly enough about these two.  You guys, they are SO fun, and SO cool.  We went downtown to capture their engagement pictures and these two were all about just having fun with one another.  They made it look so easy!!  If the engagement session was a preview of their wedding day, I have no doubt that I will be having just as much fun as they are 😉

Chad couldn’t stop making Amy laugh, or stealing kisses, or grabbing her bottom 😀  I am so blessed to call these two new friends.  After we were done shooting, we headed over to Public Services for a few drinks and then had an awesome dinner at The Hearsay.  It was so fun to just sit back and talk about every day things, getting to know them better and laughing about different stories we each had about the Renaissance Festival.

I can’t wait for the wedding this coming May!

First of all, GO ‘STROS!!!  Houston Strong, baby!  I am SO freakin’ PROUD of the Astros…the World Series Champs!!!  This city is on fire <3

Speaking of athletes, this is Kristin & Shane!  They wanted to shoot in the Houston Warehouse District this October for their engagement pictures.  We got up before the sun came up and got it done in time for a hearty breakfast after!  Let me give you a little background on these two.

Kristin & Shane are 1) high school sweethearts 2) retired athletes 3) one of my new cool neighbors 4) parents of a boxer identical to one of ours.  This makes them awesome 😉   Below is a small account of our shenanigans.
