So…my name is Stephanie, not Eden ;)

Eden Grey is just the name for my company. It was inspired by my first trip to Australia. It never occurred to me that people would think that was my name. Plus, I'm just not that cool!

I'm a major animal lover. We have two boxers. We had a full wolf pack up until two years ago when our older two boxers, Hans and Bear passed away. Now it's just Eva & Brixxton. I'm hoping to rescue another couple of babies soon, just trying to give the two younger babies their time together.

I *LOVE* traveling. I'm a foodie, but also love the way I feel when I'm carrying on a healthy lifestyle, but at the moment food is winning. I love beer. Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. (I didn't come up with that).

Favorite places & things: Anthropologie (duh), coffee, anything sparkly, making people smile, laughing and making myself laugh (only child thing).

I'm not as interested in how he/she proposed as I am what your favorite things to do together are. I want to dig a little deeper and be able to really pull out your personalities in your pictures. I want you to see the images and say 'Wow-she totally gets us'.

So let's do this.

A Fall Wedding at the Carriage House – Houston & Montgomery Wedding Photographer | Shannon & Chris

This is the story of two people who had the most perfect wedding day. God blessed this man and woman with wonderful friends and family who all came together to celebrate them vowing to one another their undivided love and devotion.

I am THE luckiest girl, because they chose ME out of this saturated market where they had their pick of anyone they wanted. Two major things you should know about Shannon and Chris: 1) Shannon’s smile is one that could warm the coldest day. Her eyes light up and her cheeks flush pink. Her soul is pure and beautiful. 2) Chris is probably the most cheerful, happy and goofy groom I’ve ever photographed. During our engagement session, he greeted me with a huge grin. He was fun and playful and not afraid to be a little silly. After meeting his Mom, I see where he gets that BIG grin. Such a breath of fresh air <3. I loved the energy in the room during their beautiful ceremony.

Their wedding day was seriously perfect. The weather, the sun, the wedding party and families…all amazing! And the flower girls/ring bearers! Wait until you see these little girls and boys…so precious!

I would photograph this day again in a heartbeat, but I’m SO glad to finally show you these two who have snuggled right into the core of my heart. Thank you both for giving me so much joy!
