So…my name is Stephanie, not Eden ;)

Eden Grey is just the name for my company. It was inspired by my first trip to Australia. It never occurred to me that people would think that was my name. Plus, I'm just not that cool!

I'm a major animal lover. We have two boxers. We had a full wolf pack up until two years ago when our older two boxers, Hans and Bear passed away. Now it's just Eva & Brixxton. I'm hoping to rescue another couple of babies soon, just trying to give the two younger babies their time together.

I *LOVE* traveling. I'm a foodie, but also love the way I feel when I'm carrying on a healthy lifestyle, but at the moment food is winning. I love beer. Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. (I didn't come up with that).

Favorite places & things: Anthropologie (duh), coffee, anything sparkly, making people smile, laughing and making myself laugh (only child thing).

I'm not as interested in how he/she proposed as I am what your favorite things to do together are. I want to dig a little deeper and be able to really pull out your personalities in your pictures. I want you to see the images and say 'Wow-she totally gets us'.

So let's do this.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church Wedding in Galveston – The Tremont House Wedding Photographer | Julie & Anthony

This day, I was more grateful than I ever have been that I am a wedding photographer. This bride and groom is very special to me, and their gorgeous wedding in Galveston was just top notch.

Love finds you when you least expect it. For Julie and Anthony it was a family gathering where neither of them planned on meeting the future love of their life. Jules is a very close friend of mine. We’ve had ups and downs, laughs and cries; we’ve been through a lot together. Seeing her so incredibly happy gives me happiness and peace beyond words. She’s going to be such a wonderful wife for Anthony.

I had to pause time and again just soaking in how classically beautiful that Julie looked with the waves in her hair and dazzling custom David Peck wedding gown. Anthony was a tall, handsome and debonair gentleman in his black tux. Neither of them could WAIT to see each other and as Jules walked down the isle, you could tell that he was the one she’d been waiting for all of her life.

Watching them dancing together and the gazes into each others eyes, no one else was in the room but them.

It was the biggest honor for me to capture this day. I’m so absolutely grateful to have the both of you in my life.
